Raw georgette or chiffon A-line skirt. Ruched bodice with sweetheart neckline, lace upper bust cup, ruched lower bust cup. Empire waistband transitions to V-back. Loops on back sides to lace a long, billowy drape tie.
Chiffon is seen most often in slinky sheath styles, but for an extra hint of formality, this fuller silhouette and hint of beading is perfect.
